Empowered Fitness's training philosophy is based on functional movements that help a child improve their overall fitness, mobility, cognitive level, behaviors and strength. The focus is on self- awareness, confidence building, proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
2. What kind of equipment does Empowered Fitness use?
Empowered Fitness uses a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, Stability ball, Foam Roller, Dome, and cardio machines. Training programs are customized based on the child's goals, ability, and preferences.
3. How long are training sessions?
You have the option to schedule your training session for 30 minutes or 45 minutes, but it can be adjusted based on the child's current level of performance and need. These adjustments will be communicated with parent, trainer, and child.
4. Do you accept the ESA+ Scholarship?
This opportunity becomes available for businesses to apply in August. We will be working to understand the necessary steps and actions needed for families to utilize the scholarship toward Empowered Fitness.
